How you will make an impact:

Solutions Consultants are motivated, tech-savvy communicators – team players who make an impact across the whole organization. This pre-sales role reports to the Sr. Manager of Demo Engineering and Solutions Consulting (Emerging). You’ll constantly be learning and applying a broad range of skills, collaborating with diverse internal and external teams – guiding marketers, tech teams, product managers, and C-level executives on how to best unlock the full value of Iterable.

By learning about prospects’ goals, crafting solutions, and strategically consulting with the sales team, you’ll have daily opportunities to hone your sales and technical presentation skills. You’ll demonstrate the power and value of the Iterable platform using creative brainstorming, critical thinking, and problem-solving. You will also get to tackle a broad range of situations beyond sales presentations, including internal education and technical projects.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Work closely with our knowledgeable Emerging Account Executives to assess client challenges, think critically to devise solutions, and strategize how to present that information about the Iterable product.
Generate excitement around the Iterable platform by creating compelling demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to diverse audiences on strategic Emerging segment deals.
Demonstrate Iterable’s full feature set for more sophisticated use cases while always tying back value for the prospect.
Serve as the primary technical product expert within the selling team, collaborating closely with Emerging Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and the Emerging Segment VP to drive success inthe Emerging sales opportunities.
Work with prospective clients to scope out their needs from Iterable, occasionally including integration partners and interfaces with multiple stakeholders.
Liaise with internal product teams to deliver new platform features intended to drive potential customers’ further adoption of the Iterable platform.
Strategically partner with our Emerging AE organization to win high-velocity, transactional business without sacrificing quality and impact to the potential customers.
Continually invest in your own career through projects that enable you to grow professional interests that coincide with the growth of our organization.
Identify opportunities for and contribute to implementing improved sales processes aimed at accelerating sales cycles to under 90 days while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

We are looking for people who have:

Two years of experience in a SaaS product as an SME, including software demonstration presentations (Solution Consultant / Pre-Sales Engineer / Sales Consultant / Solution Engineer / etc.).
Proven track record in a client-facing role, preferably SaaS, managing tasks with elevated complexity in prospective new business deals.
Technically curious and self-motivated; passionate about solving business marketing challenges via software solutions.
Experience in any of the following areas, particularly in the Martech ecosystem: Mobile, APIs, Data Flow/Integrations, and MarTech Ecosystem.
Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment partnering with Account Executives.
Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.
Strategic approach to technical sales activities – mindset to implement systems and repeatable processes to eliminate manual efforts with a sales mentality.

The annual cash compensation for this role is $114,800 – $177,100 and includes annual base salary and target variable pay (actual payout is subject to the percentage attainment of specific sales goals). The total compensation package also includes equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
