Responsibilities
Lead Business Development and Sales functions in North America and Europe
Manage the daily coordination and reporting of BD and Sales process
Guide and mentor BD and Sales team members to meet targets and cope with challenges
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals
Drive key BD Sales deals, from lead generations to driving deals to successfully bring in new business
Navigate the industry to identify and capture business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships, while growing key accounts
Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
Requirements
Fully remote, based in North America and flexible with work arrangements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development Sales
Proven track record in closing important deals
In-depth business knowledge and experience with DeFi, blockchain and crypto areas
Excellent planning and presentation skills, ability to simplify technical data into crystal clear ideas
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Creative and entrepreneurial person with excellent teamwork skills and startup attitude
