Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager (Lead Generation)

About the Role

Netlify is searching for a passionate and collaborative Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to empower our mission of reaching millions of developers and business leaders in building a better web. With our team, you’ll shape and execute strategic programs to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. As a core member of our Marketing Team, you’ll report directly to the Director, Digital Marketing.

What You’ll Do:

Establishing campaign and program objectives, target audiences, strategies, channels, and determining the most optimal marketing mix to achieve your campaign or program goals
Collaborating closely with various marketing stakeholders to steer content creation as well as digital, partner, and event marketing strategies aimed at fostering engagement within Netlify’s enterprise and developer community
Orchestrating the entire process from concept through execution of marketing programs and projects, including identifying roles and dependencies, handling timelines, tracking deliveries, and planning across departments.
Guiding and improving digital experiences to maintain clear and consistent platforms for educating, engaging, and delighting our users
Crafting and maintaining buyer journeys that cater to specific audiences and funnel goals
Leveraging data to develop insights that guide campaign strategy while analyzing, optimizing, and communicating results on an ongoing basis

What You’ll Bring:

A proven track record of positively impacting pipelines through the design and delivery of high-performing campaigns
An extensive history of B2B SaaS exposure, with a breadth of experience specializing in crafting marketing campaign strategy and execution,
Well-versed in data-driven approaches, with the ability to spin up complex reports, interpret results, and uncover insights
Previous enterprise and/or developer marketing experience and a technical understanding of web architecture space are strongly preferred
An eye for great design, compelling copy, and stand-out user experiences
Accustomed to driving projects across cross-functional teams within an organization
An ability to continually innovate, think strategically, and coordinate many moving parts
Proficiency with marketing automation, attribution modeling, and fluency with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and 6Sense a plus

At Netlify, we are committed to equal pay for equal work. Netlify anchors our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the cost of labor in a particular location. Our base compensation for this role is targeted at $133,500 – $153,500 for most US-based locations. Candidates based outside of the US or in premium markets such as New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle, and Austin should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as it may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future. Your Talent Acquisition partner will be available to answer any questions during the hiring process.
