About this Role

As a Recruiter at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping scale a high-growth startup. We are looking for someone that is passionate about technical recruiting and working with hiring managers to find top talent across our engineering org. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and can partner with our recruiting team to grow the company.

What You’ll Do

Use your talents as a recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process, including the ability to negotiate and close candidatesCommunicate and effectively partner with hiring managers to understand roles in different orgs (engineering/business) and build out structure, create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategiesUse multiple sourcing strategies and channels, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates for open positionsDrive the offer process to onboard candidatesHelp maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and build out transparent reporting on recruiting activityBe a gatekeeper of our culture and champion for Faire values: We serve our community, We seek the truth, We are all owners, We embrace the adventure, We are kindHelp build an inclusive and diverse team environment


2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally coming from a tech start-up You are resourceful, and proactive and take the initiative on helping to solve complex talent puzzlesYou are passionate about recruiting and have a passion for retail and e-commerceYou are organized and have excellent time management skillsYou care about the candidate experience and employee brandYou are data-driven and have experience managing campaigns
