How you will achieve success:
Communicate directly with our vendors via email.
Analyze monthly financial statement accounts against prior month and prior year actuals.
Understand and execute end-to-end payables life cycle.
Reconcile payables with an open balance at month end and assist in weekly payment processes.
Execute tasks in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment to meet company, department, and team metrics.
What experiences will help you in this role:
1-2+ years’ experience in accounting/business/finance field required
Expertise in customer service
SQL or advanced Microsoft Excel skillset a plus
Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work both independently and in a cross functional team and with various levels within the organization.
