Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and client-focused Operations Specialist with expertise in construction or architecture to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle while coordinating operational activities to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal project teams, maintaining open communication and addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives, requirements, and expectations, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and offerings.
Coordinate project planning and execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics management, to meet client needs and project milestones.
Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and site visits, providing updates on project progress, addressing any issues or challenges, and soliciting feedback.
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in client-facing roles within the construction or architectural industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, architectural principles, and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Project).
