Location: Remote with up to 70% travel across CardioOne’s practice network (NY, NJ, PA, MD, FL, TX, etc.)

Salary: $90,000 to $115,000 per year, plus potential for incentive compensation based on achievement of assigned KPIs.

About the Role

CardioOne is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team. The Implementation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the seamless onboarding technology and management services for our independent cardiology physician practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing implementation project plans across the CardioOne suite of services. The Implementation Manager should expertly demonstrate a combination of project management expertise, technical proficiency, outstanding attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure the successful integration of our solutions into practice workflows.

Primary job responsibilities:

Project Management

Lead end-to-end project management of technology and management service implementationsDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and strict adherence to project timelines/expectationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure project successCoordinate across a team of subject matter experts to achieve optimal experience and results throughout the client onboarding processDemonstrate success leading multiple practice implementations, across multiple service lines, simultaneously

Practice Implementation

Work alongside Director of Implementation and team of SME consultants to deliver results and updates to practices throughout implementationConduct thorough needs assessments to understand CardioOne and practice expectationsDevelop and execute customized onboarding plans

Training / Technical Expertise

Create in-house training program across all technology productsPossess a strong understanding of cardiology service lines and operating technologiesCoordinate all stages of the AthenaHealth EMR implementation process; including but not limited to:System build and configuration, data migration, payer enrollment, practice assessments and training, integrations, EMR optimization, technical requirement testing and more.Troubleshoot technical needs and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution

Organizational Excellence:

Prepare and deliver weekly updates to practices specific to goals, milestones and risksMaintain open and transparent communication with all stakeholders, both with clients and internal executive teamAddress practice inquiries and needs promptly and with ‘best in class’ customer serviceManage specific KPI improvement projects, implement methodologies, establish processes and drive behavior change in practice

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree AthenaHealth EMR implementation and onboarding experience in a provider or medical group setting is a must3-5 years of experience in managing implementations end to end. Experience using project management tools. Knowledge of independent medical practice operations required.Cardiology-specific experience is preferred.Excellent communication skills with a physician-level audience.Excellent customer service attitude.Ability to be a generalist and assist across a variety of job functions, working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentYou must be willing to travel up to 70% for this role.
