Key Responsibilities:

Position Summary: As a GTM Business Operation and Marketing Data Analyst, you will be a pivotal team member working at the intersection of go-to-market operations and marketing. You will be responsible for analyzing data to drive go-to-market strategies, enhance marketing campaigns, and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

GTM Business Operation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of operations.
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance business operations.
Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks related to business operations.

Marketing Data Analyst:

Gather, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
Create custom reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate marketing data insights.
Monitor marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations.
Utilize predictive modeling and segmentation techniques to understand customer behavior and preferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing data analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in GTM business operations and marketing data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Python).
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and business operations.
Experience in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing and data analytics trends.
