Define the regional Growth Marketing strategy for assigned products in DACH, using direct and digital marketing techniques supported by data analysis to improve overall results.
Develop multiple marketing campaigns from start to finish, including researching topics, defining the strategy, writing content, executing the campaign and liaising with marketing operations, design and digital when needed – ensuring all activities are completed on time and meet expectations including: webinars, emails, nurture streams, etc.
Manage third party activities, including events, webinars and content syndication programs, and liaise with external and internal stakeholders to maximize each activity’s ROI.
Identify market trends, target audiences, competitor landscape and other relative information to support regional growth plans.
Monitor campaign performance and reporting on key metrics, including MQLs, pipeline and bookings generation, to identify areas of improvement continuously.
Support and work closely with the DACH sales team to ensure marketing-sales alignment, top of funnel campaign awareness and pipeline uplift.
Contribute to the daily conversation of how to best execute and measure webinar, email, and other marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales Enablement, Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success to increase transparency, communication, and campaign success.
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.

Fluent in both German and English
Marketing experience in a fast-paced company, preferably B2B in the software or SaaS environment (working with ERPs and financial services is a major plus)
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business; Master’s degree, a plus
Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to review marketing analysis to uncover underlying drivers, assess potential impact, and design metrics
Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects in their entirety, including coordinating activities within different teams
Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and build relationships across the business, at all-levels, and with agencies, customers and professionals outside the business
Marketing automation experience a significant plus – ideally Pardot
Proficient in utilizing modern sales and marketing tools and systems (i.e. Salesforce, SalesLoft, Wrike, Airtable, PowerBI, etc.)
Experience working with global teams across the US, Europe and APAC, a plus
Organised and self-motivated, willing to learn
Knowledge of financial services, banking or accounting concepts is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information and negotiate trade-offs with a variety of audiences
Readiness to contribute to discussions and steer the team to continuously improve, both technically (how the code is designed, or how the product is architected) and process-wise (how we interact as a team)
