About the Role:

Create a comprehensive marketing strategy for Boost adoption and growth for our products awareness in market.Plan and execute campaigns to drive growth while leveraging third-party tools in the crypto ecosystemBecome the in-house expert in token incentives and token-led growthCreate playbooks of learnings of running experimentation of incentives, and communicate those playbooks to third-party partnersConsult with external partners on how to craft their strategy to drive onchain growth

About You:

Leadership skills: You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, particularly in engineering and data science. You are adept at guiding your team through complex feature development and experimental projects.Strategic thinker: You have the ability to design and implement effective growth strategies. This includes planning and executing high-impact campaigns, and leveraging existing tools and platforms in the crypto ecosystem.Expertise in crypto and token incentives: You are deeply knowledgeable about the crypto industry, particularly in the area of token incentives and token-led growth. You understand how to use tokens as a lever to drive user engagement and growth.Experimental mindset: You are comfortable with running a high tempo testing environment. You can create hypotheses, design experiments to validate these hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on the results.Ability to synthesize and communicate learnings: You can distill complex information into actionable insights. You are experienced in creating playbooks or guides based on past experiments and can effectively communicate these learnings to both internal and external stakeholders.
