About the Opportunity

Become a key leader in scaling the next core commerce infrastructure company, Salsify, on the path from $100M to $500M ARR. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help further scale this team’s impact. You will join a world-class marketing department, which was honored and recognized by Comparably as one of the top 50 winners of the Best Marketing Team and Best Company in Boston 2022 awards. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Marketing.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Drive global digital marketing programs with a focus on North America and Europe supporting our goal to scale pipeline growth and drive ARR to $500M
Drive day-to-day channel operations while supporting the development of our long-term digital strategy that results in increased brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including budget management, to maximize ROI on platforms like Google Ads, 6Sense Display Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Leverage data and analytics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns, making informed decisions for continuous improvement.
Execute detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness including segmentation and creative targeting
Define and gather assets for all digital campaigns, execute A/B testing, programming, scheduling, reporting, and proactively suggest data-driven optimizations
Serve as a subject matter expert for paid digital marketing trends in the B2B SaaS space
Communicate regularly to internal stakeholders on digital advertising and optimization activity and provide guidance on how other Salsify teams can help support our efforts
Work closely with the Director of Digital Design and Director of Demand Generation to identify and implement strategies to optimize the website for higher conversion rates, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives more conversions.
Bring a “test and learn” attitude to make sure we are always experimenting and learning and striving to make the biggest impact possible

You’ll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

3-5 years of in-platform experience across paid search (ideally for a B2B marketing team or for an established global brand)
Previous experience working at a fast-growing technology company ($100M+ ARR with 30%+ annual growth is a strong plus)
3-5 years of marketing analytics and reporting including acquiring and organizing data, as well as direct experience working with large data sets and complex analyses
Experience working with Data Studio, Excel, and other MS apps
3-5 years experience managing keyword bidding strategies, budget cap management, and optimizations
3-5 years of categorizing spends across key campaign activities and planned outcomes
3-5 years experience in search advertising across numerous countries, with track record for developing both local and global campaigns
Experience using 6Sense (or other intelligence platforms) and Salesforce.com
Experience using a project management tool such as Asana to manage the details and timelines of multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail with a collaborative nature
Strong analytical skills allowing you to make decisions that drive the biggest impact for the business
