Responsibilities:
Spearhead Flowhub’s demand generation strategy to efficiently grow qualified sales pipeline and revenue
Develop and execute integrated campaigns using a mix of paid, earned, and owned channels such as email, SMS, webinars, website, direct mail, in-person events, co-marketing, paid media, SEM, social media, video, PR, and more
Develop and scale an outbound Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy tailored to key accounts in alignment with sales objectives
Leverage modern tools and out-of-the-box tactics to build target account segments and enrich contact data
Own the marketing events calendar for both in-person and virtual events
Oversee ongoing marketing programs, including Flowhub Social Equity Program, Referral Program, and partner marketing initiatives
Collaborate closely with Sales to align on target accounts, support revenue-generating initiatives, and ensure marketing efforts convert into real opportunities – you are their biggest fan and they are your biggest fan
Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign ROI, sharing insights and strategic recommendations with peers and leadership
Manage and optimize demand generation budget, focusing on the most profitable and efficient marketing channels
Establish and refine repeatable processes and best practices for marketing campaigns and reporting
Qualifications:
4+ years of prior demand generation or related experience at a B2B SaaS company with sales-led or hybrid go-to-market motions
Have directly owned a pipeline number and hit it consistently
Experience managing direct reports, external vendors, and partner relationships
Deep expertise in at least 3 of the following channels: ABM, webinars, field marketing, tradeshow events, paid media, direct mail, outbound email, website, partner marketing
Proficiency with modern marketing tools, including AI-powered platforms such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Clearbit, ChatGPT, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Demandbase
Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on campaign performance and insights
Excel/Sheets power user comfortable manipulating large sets of data
Innovative and curious thinker with a heavy bias towards execution
Demonstrated excellence at project management, organization, and good news/bad news communication
Eye for good copy and creative
Self-starter who embraces autonomy but thrives in a team
