Job Description

THE POSITION:As a Data Architect you will be instrumental in shaping the data landscape of our marketing automation application. You will be responsible for designing and delivering data models, overseeing client rollouts, and ensuring meticulous documentation of data models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CMS and marketing automation platforms and proficiency in ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assure the design and delivery of the application data model:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data model

2. Experience with a CDP (Customer Data Platform) platform is preferable:

• Utilize expertise in CDP platforms to enhance data management capabilities.

• Implement best practices for CDP data model, integrations or integrations

3. Oversee client rollouts:

• Lead the implementation and integration of data solutions for clients.

• Provide technical guidance and support during client onboarding processes.

4. Design and implement ETL processes:

• Develop and implement efficient ETL processes to support data integration from different engagement platforms

• Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.

5. Possess expertise in data integration and mapping:

• Define and implement data integration strategies to ensure seamless connectivity between systems.

• Conduct data mapping exercises to align business requirements with data architecture.

6. Demonstrate proficiency in SQL; Python skills are a valuable addition:

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

• Python skills for automation and scripting are desirable.

7. Knowledge of Salesforce or Adobe technologies is advantageous or different marketing cloud solutions:

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Adobe technologies, or other marketing cloud solutions is a plus.

• Stay updated on industry trends related to marketing technologies.

8. Exhibit strong documentation abilities:

• Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and with marketing technologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to design, execute and communicate solutions to different stakeholders.
Familiarity with Salesforce or Adobe technologies is advantageous.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $164,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
