About Boost:
Boost is building a distributed incentives network so that anyone can incentivize any onchain action with any token. We’re doing this to make token distribution easier & more efficient, which contributes to our mission of improving global coordination. Boost is a remote team of with crypto-native backgrounds from companies like Optimism, OpenSea, Dapper Labs, and Coinbase with funding from top investors like Electric Capital and Greylock.
This role involves joining the Partnerships/Business Development team to establish new partnerships for the Boost Protocol. The objective is to facilitate expansion into key networks / platforms supported by the Protocol, enhancing the distribution of rewards and user engagement within these ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage partnerships with projects in target ecosystems of the Boost ProtocolWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align with devrel, product, data science and marketingStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunitiesEnsure effective communication with partners and internal teams to maintain alignment and achieve goals
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 1 year in the crypto industry.Strong understanding of crypto, specifically key verticals such as wallets, DeFi, web3 social, and gamingExcellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team environment and in customer-facing roles
Nice-to-have:
Technical experience in building crypto products
