What does a day in the life as a Virtual Executive Assistant look like?

Manage and prioritize emails and phone calls, ensuring that important messages are relayed on time.
Arrange and schedule meetings, record minutes as needed
Prepare reports and presentations to help facilitate informed decision-making
Support the Executive team with day-to-day administrative tasks including preparing business documents and month-end reports
Scheduling and booking flights and hotels for the executive
Concierge of the client and VIP customers

What are the required qualifications for a Virtual Executive Assistant?

2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organizational, planning skills and communication skills (written and oral)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Google Suite
Familiar with Whatsapp, TG, Slack is a plus
