Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to help us achieve our business objectives. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for enhancing the overall quality of our team. The salary for this position ranges from $1,000 to $1,200 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond quickly and accurately to requests from inside resources as well as outside clients.
Collect, understand, and effectively communicate data regarding the projects you are handling from clients to internal teams and vice versa.
Provide system reporting or analytics to the Account Manager, operations, clients, and management upon request.
Multi-task ongoing activities from multiple people in a fast environment while producing accurate and timely follow-ups and execution of products and services.
Develop and retain product and industry knowledge to be used to identify expertise.
Provide historical data and analysis to the Account Manager and clients upon request.
Follow up on project progress and guarantee successful execution.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Proficiency in English language skills at either the B2 or C1 level is required.
English Resume is required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
B2B client-facing experience is essential.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly spoken English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
Sales and operational understanding to effectively align recruitment efforts with the company’s objectives.
