Strategically plan and own (sub-) projects
Build and execute complex project plans
Liaise between project teams (tech / business) and the central transformation team
Customize project approaches to fit market-specific requirements
Lead and inspire local project teams
Monitor project trajectories and address challenges
Foster communication between market units and central management
Report regularly on project advancements and outcomes to Director Transformation and other program stakeholders

Qualifications

Master / Bachelor’s degree / higher in Business, Management, or related fields
Proven track record in project / program management
Deep understanding of business related questions and technical landscapes
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (from c-level to operational levels)
Able to deliver workshop formats end-to-end that foster progress and alignment
German and English are required (Multilingual capabilities are advantageous)
