Role responsibilities:

Business Partner to our EMEA Strategic/Enterprise Leadership Team, supporting them with key initiatives that drive business growth, along with their day-to-day operating rhythm

Orchestrate and design our go-to-market strategy during our annual planning cycle, which includes headcount planning, territory assignments, quota setting etc.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing initiatives that drive revenue

Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, systems infrastructure, project planning, and user enablement

Manage Jira ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set out by the business

Role Requirements:

Strong professional experience ideally with transferable skills from consulting, sales strategy or sales operations

Understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards

Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Office suites

Strong critical thinking skills with experience working in an agile environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with various stakeholders across the globe and influence rapid business outcomes
