Job Description

Experian’s Software Solutions Partnerships team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Director of Partner Enablement that will lead partner onboarding ranging from contractual, compliance, information security and commercial terms and associated internal processes. The role will coordinate requirements and business terms across various internal groups globally in a matrix environment while working with the external partners to negotiate successful outcomes. In addition to new partnerships, the remit also covers renewal of existing relationships and business and legal terms of these partnerships.


As the Senior Director of Partner Enablement, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating various partner onboarding efforts, driving improvements to existing third-party relationships including renewals and execution of contractual, compliance and process activities with cross-functional and regional stakeholders across the organization. Additional responsibilities will include:

Responsible for coordinating and managing partner onboarding process, working across multiple internal and external groups including compliance, legal, privacy, information security, relationship managers and product to align partner onboarding and contractual terms across the areas while increasing speed and agility and at the same time maintaining secure and repeatable partner onboarding processes.

Managing global commercial and business terms for partner master agreements and where appropriate regional participation agreements

Partnering closely with the regional business and product teams to ensure alignment of accountable stakeholders, while adhering to legal, information security and compliance terms.

Working closely with the external partners managing the end-to-end onboarding process enabling speed, simplification, and successful commercial outcomes.

Manage and oversee all partner audit activities and any need to re-certify with requirements.

Collaborating closely with Legal, information Security and Compliance functions to ensure secure and aligned partner agreements – both global master agreements as well as regional participation agreements

Navigating the Experian leadership matrix; creating a collaborative environment that fosters speed, agility, transparency, innovation, and learning; promoting a continuous improvement and driving the evolution of the partner onboarding process

Anticipating and proactively removing obstacles that slow down or prevent partner programs from delivering on their objectives

Driving for clarity and alignment to keep teams moving forward



BA or BS is required; MS or MBA is a plus

Contractual Acumen

Background with contracts and contractual terms

Strong business acumen with experience in balancing business outcomes with legal and compliance requirements

Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset

Ability to translate complex legal restrictions and constraints into terms understood by business professionals

Familiarity with regional privacy laws including GDPR

Competency with various software programs, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence

Business Acumen

Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration

Ability to work well in a cross-functional, cross-regional/cultural, matrixed management environment

Balances contractual and commercial acumen; able to communicate “what is possible” and what will have the biggest impact on the business

Able to articulate and build process and structure for multi-regional teams and external parties to collaborate

Capable of executing short-term (tactical) and long term (strategic) plans

Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and legal and business team members alike – both internally and externally

Ability to influence and achieve alignment across a range of different expert opinions, interests, and restrictions

Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
