Internet Marketing Company INFUSEmedia is looking for an experienced QA Manual Specialist (Senior) who will be responsible for our quality assurance process and web platform testing. You’ll conduct testing activities, drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and delivery across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. Testing at all stages of software development – a full cycle of testing
Collaborate with multi-functional teams: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to understand product requirements and define test strategies.
Test planning and strategy: Participate in the development of test plans and strategies, identifying key areas for automation and ensuring adequate test coverage across various components of the software system.
Test case creation and execution: Build detailed and comprehensive test cases based on requirements and design specifications. Execute test cases, Analysis of test results, and creation of clear and actionable bug reports
Continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques related to software testing and quality assurance. Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through self-learning and professional development activities.
Professional knowledge and skills needed:
4+ years experience as a Software QA Specialist, Proven hands-on experience with manual testing
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, QA terminology, and processes
Strong knowledge of SQL
Experience working on high-load and complex projects
Experience with API testing; CI/CD pipelines;
Knowledge of methodologies and tools formanual testing of web applications;
Experience with: Postman, Google Chrome DevTools, TestRail, JIRA, GIT
Experience with developing, running, and triaging automated test suites (Java + Selenium, IDE, Web Driver)
English – Intermediate (technical reading/writing)
Passion for quality, exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to describe and document clearly
Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with varying priorities
Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and groups
Experience in implementing initiatives across teams
Ability to investigate, debug and triage difficult problems and independently work towards results
