Job Description

To implement and facilitate financial planning training solutions that address training needs within Standard Bank Financial Consultancy (SBFC) sales team. Ensure that all financial planning training material is relevant and up to date. Provide financial planning post training support to the SBFC sale team and be the subject matter expert with regards to financial planning systems and processes with SBFC.


Minimum Qualifications:

B.Com Degree in Business Management/Financial Planning/Wealth Management or any related qualification
RE 5 Certificate (Advantage)

Experience Required:

3 to 5 years in the development of financial planning tools
3 to 5 years experience in managing a team
3 to 5 years of financial planning support and training
Business digitization and adoption
Validating and signing off on all major design changes, stories, and deployments
