Design luxury-level trips across all seven continents.
Interact with our customers as they ideate their trips. Work with them on itinerary design and modification as you close sales.
Utilize your broad knowledge of destinations to create immersive, authentic experiences that cater to a high-end clientele.
Leverage your contacts with local operators and direct suppliers to ensure exclusive access and exceptional service throughout our trips.
Exhibit a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset, adept at navigating the complexities of trip design with innovation and agility.
Collaborate closely with the Trip Development and Operations teams to ensure the seamless execution of each journey, from ideation to completion.
Stay ahead of travel trends and market insights, ensuring our offerings are not only relevant but pioneering in the luxury travel space, are low-impact and sustainable.
Negotiate the best rates and highest value on behalf of clients.
Contribute to the continual refinement of our trip development processes, embodying a spirit of excellence and innovation in all aspects of your work.
Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

5+ years of experience in trip design, with a proven track record of creating extraordinary travel experiences.
Extensive knowledge of global destinations, luxury travel trends, and consumer insights.
Strong network of contacts among local operators, direct suppliers, and industry insiders.
Ability to work with clients and close trips.
Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive in a startup environment—adaptable, proactive, and driven.
Comfortable with a remote-first environment.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey the unique value of our trips to both partners and clients.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Workplace, with a tech-savvy approach to trip design and execution.
