Your Impact

This person will own all growth strategy and execution. We have a massive platform with unlimited possibilities to grow and expand revenue and we need someone to own the strategy and execution, end-to-end, and build and mentor the team.

The Opportunity

Build out and own the PLG strategy and execute towards annual goals
Own demand generation and work with other parts of marketing to execute marketing strategy
Drive demand and lead generation for Enterprise sales
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to create, execute, and drive campaigns

Requirements

5+ years of experience marketing technical and/or SaaS products (to developers and engineering audiences a plus)
Ability to work effectively in a startup environment, collaborate across functions to align stakeholders, and execute quickly with business partners.
Deep understanding of pipeline, revenue forecasting, and conversion
Aptitude for reporting, analyzing numbers, and uncovering key trends and insights
Understanding of PLG and SLG motions
Self-starter and driven to lead with growth mindset

Great to Have

Understanding of pricing and packaging
Worked at high growth startups before
Understand how to scale over revenue phase shifts

Salary Range

Based on applicable experience the salary range is $200,000 – $250,000
