What your responsibilities will be:
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Ondoâs productsBuild and maintain relationships with key partners in the DeFi ecosystem, including wallets, exchanges, and protocolsNegotiate and execute commercial agreements with partnersStay up-to-date with the latest developments in the DeFi space and bring new ideas and opportunities to the teamRepresent Ondo Finance at industry events and conferencesEngage with the DeFi community through social media and other communication channelsContribute to the growth and success of the company and the DeFi ecosystemHelp inform our product roadmap.
What we are looking for:
At least 2 years of experience in business development or partnerships, with a focus on the DeFi ecosystemStrong network of contacts in the DeFi industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong strategic thinking and analytical skillsProven ability to negotiate and close commercial dealsPassion for the DeFi ecosystem and a deep understanding of its potentialExtremely results-driven attitude and strong work ethicActive engagement in the DeFi community through social media and other communication channels
