Due to our continued growth we are currently seeking a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for delivering complex weekly and monthly reporting on time and accurately.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Forecasting, Variance Analysis and large data consolidation experience with outstanding MS Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Excellent financial modeling capabilities, ability to handle large datasets and draw a roadmap to systematically designing the flow of financial information.
Ability to handle multiple projects at a time, focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.
With your analytics and financial acuity, you’ll liaise between the Finance team with the functional areas it supports.
You resolve issues related to forecasting, planning, resource prioritization and business profitability, and you help translate analyses into easy-to-understand presentations.
You understand the value of the FP&A function working symbiotically to support a growing company and you can be relied on to provide your opinion and point of view.
Work independently and self-starter.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like:
Forecasting and large data consolidation experience.
Experience with ERP systems.
Deliver complex weekly and monthly reporting on time and accurately.
Performing monthly variance analysis with forecast to actuals and recommending actions to management. Preparing the financial reporting portions of monthly financial reporting package(s) and corresponding financial presentation to executive management.
Ad-hoc analysis and collaboration with other teams. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget forecasting cycles and working with department managers to collect inputs and perform analytical reviews and of financial dashboards and reporting of key performance measurements using accurate and quality data.
Metrics & Finance Reporting:
Managing complex financial models including reporting holistic project profitability and being able to present findings to leadership.
Build multifaceted financial models with high level of accuracy and be able to transpose results into presentation decks.
Documenting processes, recognizing areas of process improvement, and implementing streamlined procedures.
Supporting the finance teams with analysis for revenues/sales and costs based on contracts and prepare analysis over billing roles/rates and client and project profitability, regional and departmental reporting, as well as tracking all CRO metrics.
Bachelor’s degree with concentration in accounting or finance and 3+ years practical experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor.
Prior experience working with US based companies.
Skills to include; strategic thinking, time management, interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical, interpretative and problem-solving. Processing and analysis of large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information.
