Client Success Specialist – German or French Speaking – (f/m/d)

Position Summary

Our company is seeking to hire an experienced Client Success Specialist to help support our growing client base.

Your responsibilities will include client support tasks such as managing onboarding and implementation for new clients, account management of existing clients, and day-to-day support tasks to maximize our Client Success efficiency. Our team can be remote, but our ideal candidate is located in one of our hubs: Madrid, Barcelona, London, Berlin, Vilnius or Kaunas.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, good attention to detail, as well as the ability to efficiently complete tasks and thrive in an environment with minimal oversight.


Help spearhead implementing Anderson Optimization in new markets in Europe
Perform new client onboarding tasks such as kick off call, software training, account creation, data integration
Build product expertise to help consult with clients on workflows/make recommendations based on client needs
Help serve as the voice of the customer through surfacing client feedback and pain points and by creating bug and feature request tickets.
Build relationships with clients and ensure they are seeing value through quarterly business reviews, issue management, etc
Manage renewals and expansion opportunities
Provide support to clients, including fielding basic client emails, questions, and managing communications using Zendesk
Write user documentation as the platform is updated and ‘Release Notes’ for new version releases


To be successful in this role, you will need:

3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS business (Customer success, account management, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well as one or more of French or German (C1 or C2)
Strong attention to detail and be a quick and proactive learner with a hands-on mentality
Bias for action and strong customer focus
Creative problem-solver with consultative account management approach
Detail-oriented task management skills and ability to stay organized and prioritize across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives
Strong experience retaining and expanding accounts
Builds relationships effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Comfort navigating software and new technology
Ability to work effectively with different internal teams and clients in a decentralized team environment
Ability to organize and prioritize across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives
The desire to work in a small and growing team
Experience in renewable energy or GIS preferred, but not required
