Business Development Manager Intern / Junior

Xfive is seeking a person to support our sales team.

We know that working in sales is usually not the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about a career. There are so many myths around it that barely anyone imagines themselves as a salesperson. The good news is – we, salespeople, are not wolves of Wall Street, aggressively trying to sell things at all costs. We are your usual folks who simply like to meet others, talk, and, most importantly, support them.

During the internship, you will work closely with the sales and marketing team to bring the story of Xfive’s capabilities and benefits to potential clients via outbound campaigns. No prior sales experience is necessary, we seek talkative and determined people open to new challenges – we will provide you with the necessary training and guidance. To accommodate your (and your future prospects) schedule, we offer a half-time engagement with flexible working hours.

You’ll be the first line in the sales funnel with the goal of turning prospects into qualified leads and arranging meetings with promising prospects. After scheduling a call with a potential client, the lead would be passed to one of the Business Development Managers at Xfive, who will run the meeting.

Your duties will include:

Cold outreach to targeted client profiles via phone calls.

Contacting detected visitors on the Xfive website via phone and email.

Setting up, monitoring, and managing the outbound email campaigns in Apollo software.

Development of client relationships.

Networking through social media and in-person events.

Generating and re-publishing industry information to attract warm leads.

Conducting sales through virtual and in-person interactions.

Fluency in English at a high level.

Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude.

Feeling comfortable with cold calling and being able to deal with rejection.

Ability to work in different time zones (we have clients from the US, UK and Australia)

Any experience in sales/marketing-related positions will be treated as a plus.
