Reports to: CMO of CRO
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary, plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:

Huntress is searching for a hands-on Administrative Business Partner to provide excellent customer service to our leadership team, working side by side with our Chief Revenue and Chief Marketing officer on a variety of assignments and providing executive-level support. You’ll be responsible for calendar management, travel arrangements, and a variety of projects that allow our executives to run their departments at the highest level.

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, capable of managing a large workload, and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, runs towards challenges, and enjoys the dynamic nature of a scaling, fast-moving company with modern-day approaches.

Responsibilities:

Extensive calendar management on a day-to-day basis including scheduling meetings (both internal and external), prioritizing commitments, and navigating last-minute schedule changes
Create and manage expense reports
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
Monitor and assist in critical team initiatives, including coordinating agendas for team/department meetings and helping on team projects
Apply judgment with full understanding of urgency and priorities of the business, routinely needing to multi-task with little to no direction
Collaborate and partner closely with internal teams effectively
General administrative duties and special projects as needed such as coordination of virtual events and assistance with new hire scheduling for direct reports
Assist with building or editing presentations and reports, as needed

What You Bring To The Team:

3+ years of experience providing administrative support to one or more executives
Experience creating presentations, communications, and documentation including editing, formatting, and delivery
Experience with Google Suite of products (Google Docs, Google Drive) as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven success in collaborating and communicating with team members at all levels
Deliver work and communicate while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Extraordinary organizational and time management skills
Ability to proactively prioritize work
Experience working with executives in a fast-paced environment
Potential to travel up to 10%
