Job Description

The Account Executive is focused on the day-to-day management for an enterprise level client. Attention to detail, an eagerness to learn and ability to work as a strong team player are fundamental and expected. This role will support a broader cross-functional team across fully integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives ensuring a smooth process and assist in facilitating the relationship with the agency’s clients and partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure regular, accurate communication of project status with internal and external team
Assist with fully integrated campaigns from inception through delivery
Develop a thorough understanding of day-to-day agency & client processes, such as billing, file sharing, meeting prep, etc
Support with quality control for all materials before they are released to clients or partners
Manage budget and billing process in a timely, error-free manner
Prepare meeting notes and ensure all materials are saved on agency server and/or materials are shared with clients in timely fashion
Assist in regular upkeep and updating of competitive information and business knowledge


Experience in account management helpful (1-2 years)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Naturally curious and eager to learn
Team player
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 – $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
